What Is Happening To Our Watersheds And Why Should We Care?

Whether it is very obvious or not, watersheds actively impact our daily lives. All life depends on a healthy and thriving environment and watershed. Watersheds impact your drinking water and the health of the water that flows through your environment, which, when healthy, causes your food to grow, bodies of water to be filled, and causes nature to thrive and to have success. Our watersheds everyday are being polluted through storm-drains, wind carrying pollutants, and pollutants flowing through the ground. This all comes down to humanity not taking enough care of what we so often take for granted. If these practices of polluting the environment keep up, soon we might have a big water crisis. This means unhealthy water which leads to food being unsuccessful, diseases, and a doomed community and economy.
